- Psychotherapy can help with a range of issues like feeling low or anxious, somatic problems, anger or fear, dissatisfaction in relationships or feeling empty and lonely in life.
- Talking to a trained psychotherapist can help you understand the causes for your difficulties and promote a gradual change for a forward way in your life.
Services Offered
Personal Therapy
- Individual therapy both long-term and short-term
- Mostly in-person, but online is possible
- Minimum once a week session, up to 2-3 times a week
- Each session is 50min
Supervision
- Psychoanalytic supervision
- To trainees, doctors, counsellors and psychotherapists with their psychodynamic work.
- Individual or group supervision
- Mostly in-person, but online is possible.
Teaching and Training
- Teaching on psychoanalytic concepts and theories.
- Clinical and Theoretical Seminars
- Reflective Practice sessions
Fees
- Initial Consultation £120 for 2 sessions
- Therapy £75-£90 per session
